How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who reaches out to Lovedaccuracy Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what we do afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- How Lovedaccuracy Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How we treated your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep written notes of what was said.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Lovedaccuracy Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
How to Send Your Complaint
Email contact@lovedaccuracy.garden and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and the outcome you would like
What Happens Next
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into the matter. That may include contacting the provider. We reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may also be able to help.
